I did the whole tutorial, then when i went to Inner Space and clicked on rotmg it just opened up rotmg, with no multiboxing even ocurring.

Just to be clear, did you follow this guide: http://isboxer.com/wiki/HOWTO:Multibox_a_flash_game and set up your team with the Quick Setup Wizard? Make sure you pay attention to the section at the bottom for the Workaround for Adobe Flash Player too.
