It looks like putting the flashplayer_11_sa.exe file in a folder that doesn't have special characters in the full path might correct the problem (your user folder name). For example if you put it in C:\Users\Public instead it should fix the error. I'll look into correcting the bug if this solves it for you, please let me know.
