Can't get ISBoxer working.

I have followed the guide for running RotMG through a Flash Projector .exe, which is what I was already running RotMG in before I purchased Inner Space / ISBoxer. I have made sure that hardware acceleration is enabled, and I tried running Inner Space regularly and with the development patches. Neither of these solutions are working for me. When I attempt to launch the game without a character set through Inner Space to test if it is working, I can not get the FPS monitor to appear in the top left corner. I am unsure of what the issue is, I have tried just about all I can think of. I will look into figuring out how to use privatepaste and provide a link, if that might help at all. Any ideas? Does your PC have a separate graphics card? I believe there is an incompatibility between RotMG, ISBoxer and Intel Integrated Graphics.
