Help?

I tried Multiboxing on Rotmg, followed everything in the video, tried everything, and when I open the character set I made, it just opens one window. I know the fps is supposed to show in the left hand corner by activating the "Enable Hardware Acceleration" button, but even when selected, it doesn't show the fps.

I also tried using the development build, which did nothing differently. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. My friend who also has this did exactly as I did, and it worked. We also have similar computers.

Are you using on-board graphics? If so, others have reported problems too.
