2nd character just spins on 2nd screen

Just came back to this game after a few months and having a weird issue. On the main monitor the characters work fine (2 box) whether I have the whole screen for one character of split the screen for 2. When I move the 2nd account (haven't tried it with the main account) I can't move. The camera remains stuck at looking at the roof any attempt to change it just causes the character to spin.

The only time I've ever heard of something like this (and it's been quite awhile), either the windows display scaling was set to something other than 100%, or the mouse DPI settings were affecting it.
Are both of the displays the same resolution?

They aren't. The main is 49", set at 3840 x 2160. That one was set at 125%. The 2nd is is a 27" set at 1980 x 1080 at 100%. I'll change the main one to 100% and see how that works (it just makes the writing really hard to read
)

That did it. Setting the main screen to 100% and then rebooting the system made it work. Thank you.
