I include Kaspersky in there because it may be stopping Inner Space from working, but you can usually whitelist applications in AV programs. NVShare and "caps" are all Shadowplay related, which hasn't necessarily caused issues in the past, but any updates to the program may change that at any time. Also, I don't think you can fully disable GameBarPresenceWriter, but you can disable the DVR functions of it in the Windows Settings (under Gaming).
