Windows 10

Problem: I am stuck at initializing in the Loader.

Things I know that I need to fix.
    - My 3.5 .Net exe is going through the motions of asking for admin privileges but the application never executes passed that.
    - I am unable to install the older versions of Windows Downloader
    - Windows 10 is probably a problem (or many problems) in and of itself.

Any extra assistance you can provide will be appreciated.
I have plans later tonight to comb through your write-ups more attentively.

In Windows 10, .NET 3.5 is an optional component. To install it.

a) Press “Windows Logo” + “R” keys on the keyboard.
b) Type “appwiz.cpl” in the “Run” command box and press “ENTER”.
c) In the “Programs and Features” window, click on the link “Turn Windows features on or off”.
d) Check if the “.NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)” option is available in it.
e) If yes, then enable it and then click on “OK”.
f) Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation and restart the computer, if prompted.

Still stuck under Initializing.

I know a windows firewall, windows defender, bit raider are still active.
(turning them both off without restart seemed to have no affect.)

Will disable bitraider and download the 15GB and retry.

A setup via ISBoxer should attempt to disable bitraider as part of the setup, which then of course will download the extra pieces needed (although I believe you can refuse ISBoxer's help when you export your team).

You definitely will need bitraider to be disabled as it wont run under InnerSpace.

I feel like bit raider is my main problem.

The issue I had with Windows 10 and SWTOR was that I needed to run the 64-bit version of InnerSpace. Once I did that, all worked as expected.
