Re-download
So i have made sure my SWTOR is fully updated, but every time i try to use ISboxer and innerspace it wants to re downlaod the full game, Any reason, or Anyway to fix ?

Because the full install of SWTOR is not the real full install. ISBoxer will disable Bitraider, which will then install the real full install, which is about another 15GB over the standard "full install" that you normally get.
