SWTOR - Audio has stopped working.

I just started using ISBoxer and was successfully up and working. The only issue I had was the funny "echo" effect from having audio on for both clients. I went to ISBoxer and changed the config to disable background audio, saved the changes and exported to InnerSpace. Nothing happend. I went ahead and quit both clients and closed ISBoxer and rebooted my machine. When I go back in to SWTOR now, I have no audio, whether I'm using InnerSpace/ISBoxer or not. All other applications have no audio issues, this is strictly limited to SWTOR. I've verified that audio is enabled in the client. I've unchecked the box for disabling backround audio in ISBoxer and re-exported. I've tried using Ctrl+S in the client. Nothing seems to work. Everything functions fine otherwise, just no audio. Is there a hidden setting somewhere that I'm missing? -Thanks

The option in ISBoxer controls audio via the Windows Volume Mixer (right-click speaker icon in system tray > open volume mixer > un-mute audio).
