Strange graphic behavior

I am seeing weird graphic behavior on my team since right innerspace build 5853.
Its hard to explain the issue so here is a video:

Video with all 4 clients running
Video with only 1 client running - Shows video settings as well.

If I use build 5853 this behavior is not present. Its only in build since then.

I have tried several things to fix this.
1. Recreate my window layout.
2. Recreate my whole profile from scratch.
3. Reinstall innerspace and isboxer
4. Insure video drivers are up to date.
5. Changed video card.

Something else to note:
If I create a window layout where the screen are all on one monitor, I do see this behavior. Also if I have all the screens stacked on a single monitor and use vfxviewers I also don't see it.

Just a shot in the dark, but do you have this Windows update installed?

Yeah all my updates are installed.
I tried uninstalling that one as well to see if that made a difference.
It didn't.

I was looking closer at the KB article for that Windows update and noticed something.
I have Visual Studio 2012 installed. Being a developer and all. I wonder if that is what messing with things.

Just a thought.

I assume Lax has VS 2012 running as well, so probably no correlation there.

Anyone got an answer for this yet?

Update:
I just updated my video drivers (9/22/13) as a new update came out, and also updated to the most current Innerspace and ISBoxer.
After all that, I am no longer seeing those crazy graphic glitches.
