The steps are precisely laid out 1 by 1 in the guide. http://www.isboxer.com/wiki/HOWTO:Use_I ... _Computers. If you follow it exactly it will work. You must do each step and ensure that step is completed correctly before moving on to the next one.

Phone Support via is not offered as part of the service, although if someone wants to do that for you there is definitely nothing stopping them.
