Delete title bars and frames

There is a quite noob's question.
I am trying to show minimaps in diablo 3. I watched MiRai's youtube guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=73ATj87XXd4 again and again,
then finally could put 2 minimaps of other characters.

But title bars and white frames remain still visible like this.

He performed "Hiding UI" at 3'08" at the guide. I think this has something to do with my problem. But I don't know how to do it.
Please teach me what I am wrong, thank you.

OS: Windows 8.1 64bit
Game: Diablo 3 (playing 3 character)
Window Layout: Stacked full screen on Display1 (No Swapping,Avoid Taskbar)

Re: Delete title bars and frames

You press CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+G to show the in-game ISBoxer UI, and then you press CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+G to hide the in-game ISBoxer UI.

Ahh I use that shortcut key for ISBoxer control panel when open, and close it by right-clicking title bar of it and choosing close.
I should use shortcut when close.

Anyways my problem has been solved naturally when I restart the game.
bob, thank you for pinpoint advise.
MiRai, thank you for greatly useful tutorial.
