Leaving VFX Viewer breaks broadcast

I play EVE Online with dxNothing window and videoFx viewers.
Almost everything works fine, except mouse broadcast. I want move mouse from one viewer to another one (but same character) and still have broadcasting active.
But when mouse leaves Video FX viewer it breaks broadcasting and i have to tap shift+alt+r two times (turn it off and turn it on again) to make it working.
Is there solution for my problem?

I believe I have a similar "problem" but no I dont think there is an easy fix for it.

I have my broadcast keys hot-keyed on my G510 keyboard so its not a big issue for me.
