Video FX isn't Working for Me

So I've watched the video multiple times and I'm pretty sure I'm doing what it's asking of me. Here's what I do:
1) Open up GUI on my healer.
2) Click Video FX
3) Make sure "Video Source" is selected
4) Change the name to "onetwothree"
5) Click "ADD"
6) Put the green box over what I wish to see in the other screen
7) Close GUI

Now I open up my other character's screen
1)Click Video FX
2) Make sure "Video Viewer" is selected
4) Under the drop-down menu, select the one named "onetwothree"
5) Click Add
6) Close GUI

And nothing happens. I'm running Windows 7. When I run the troubleshoot wizard for Aero, it says no problems were found.

Thanks

Okay. Did you turn it on, though? ;) If it's on, then when you hover your cursor over a taskbar tab it should show a live view of the window, or when you alt+tab and hold down Alt to keep the window switching thing up instead of letting go of alt, it will show live views instead of the old thumbnails.

For testing purposes (to see if it's working or not) you don't need to add any sources yourself. Sources exist by default for each character's screen, so you can pick one of the existing sources (e.g. is1, is2) from the drop-down box.
