Repeater Passthrough not working

I had everything setup and working for healing from any window.

I created a source on my cleric and then created viewers on the other screens.
However, I noticed I was no longer healing as the mouse repeater was not working.

I opened the GUI and noticed that the repeater pass through option was no longer checked.
I enabled it and the clicked apply but immediately the repeater pass through option disables.

Has anyone experienced this before or know how to fix it?
