Is there any way to use a key to activate fx video screen to be shown or hide when needed.

Yes, this is one purpose of a Video FX Action.
You would want to set up a Mapped Key and add one of these Actions to it to turn it off, and another to turn it on.

How do you get teh video FX Action in IsBoxer? I check my ISBoxer but I can't find it on the left panel.

As Lax said in the post above yours, you would need to add a Mapped Key to a Key Map and then make an Action in that Mapped Key that is a Video FX Action. He even provided you a link to the wiki page for Mapped Keys where it talks about how to make a Mapped Key.
You might also benefit from MiRai's latest video which is also on that linked page.

Ok thank you. So action key is found in the mapped key menu.

Cool, just what I was looking for.
I can have a mapped key that on step 1 "Remove all Video FX" and then step 2 "Load Video FX Set named".
Only problem is I don't know how to find out what "Load Video FX Set named" is?

The name of the set is what you save it as using the in-game UI.

Cool, mine is still saving as Auto.
Got the mapped key set up and working to remove and then load the VideoFx's. This is great as they got in the way of the cutscenes in SWTOR.
Now I see a use for saving VideoFX's under a different name - you can load them at will with a mapped key for special circumstances. Great, now I can think of more ways to change my UI rather than playing the game
Thanks again for the help Valerian.
