Viewer can see more than source?

I am having trouble getting the viewer to only show the source that I selected. If I re-size the viewer, it actually shows stuff outside of the limits of the source that I set.

For example, I can set my source just on my spell casting bar, but when I setup my viewer and re-size it to the size I want, I see more than the spell casting bar. If I re-size the viewer up, I see stuff above the spell casting bar, and etc etc.

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong or something that I need to setup?

If the Viewer's aspect ratio does not match the Source's aspect ratio, you will see extra pixels in the larger dimension. Shrink the edge where you see the extra pixels until it matches
