Windows XP + Video FX compatible these two things?

Sorry if the question zadovalsya early, but even so will ask for Windows XP will run Video FX?
I just have all kind of like a set up but for some reason when it is open to the instructions on the main window, where I hachu output from other windows, such as add-Healbot, it just does not open and displays a blank screen? Thank you in advance for your reply!

This feature requires Inner Space build 5357 or later, running on Windows Vista or later with Aero enabled.

Windows XP does not have the capability, sorry! As soon as you upgrade to Vista or later with Aero in the future, it should immediately work though
