Video FX Viewer Window Blurry (when it wasn't for months)

As the topic states, all of my Video FX Viewers are pixellated and blurry when they weren't as recently as three days ago. This is more than a little frustrating as there's nothing in the forums aside from people constantly linking this ISBoxer FAQ page:
http://isboxer.com/wiki/FAQ#Why_does_my_Video_FX_view_show_up_pixellated.2Flow_resolution.2Flow_quality.3F

Until today, that FAQ information was incorrect.

Here's a screenshot of the viewer today:

Here's a random boxer I found on YouTube showing the viewer as not blurry, but at full resolution:

I'm just trying to figure out why this has suddenly changed. I've gone from being able to read character names and easily see debuffs, hots, etc, to seeing a blurry mess that really only tells me if a character is missing a lot of HP. I'm about ready to throw in the towel at this point.

My setup is:
4k monitor with my main character using the full width and the majority of the height, the 4 slaves sit in a row at the bottom. This has been my window layout pretty much for years.
Windows 10 64-Bit
AMD Ryzen 7 1700X
32GB Ram
NVidia GTX 1070 8GB

Pretty sure it was correct, and has been since Microsoft made the DWM API's available. Maybe you were lucky enough to have a broken system where it just worked regardless.

That said. The normal way is to have a VideoFX layout (this is an option in the lower right of the Window Layout Wizard), which results in the games running Stacked, and at full size (of your main region), so then the videofx source offscreen drawing surfaces are the same size as the main region, and thus not blurry.
