Framerate Lag

I recently set up Isboxer again after a few months out of rift and have encountered an issue that i didnt have before. I seem to get spikes of massive framerate lag(sometimes 2fps or lower). These spikes last only a few seconds but enough to send my team all over the place. Any suggestions to remedy this issue?? BTW I have main page set to 60 fps and non-focused screens set to 30 fps and they are fine with no framerate drops.

open hardware monitor is a pretty awesome opensource tool to monitor your PC's loads.

We want to track down what is being hammered, your CPU? Ram? Your GPU or GPU Ram? Any of those could be factors in why you are seeing this issue.
