Rebooted, shut down everything thought could do safely, still nothing.
Possibly game isn't being run as admin? I did set properties to run always as admin but not 100% sure that innerspace is launching as admin.

Ah, I have KeePass, too - don't know about any clipboard functionality it uses, I just use it to store data securely.

Will see if I can run it as admin or disable that feature - thanks, as always, Lax!
