Re: Help with rift.

I just wanted to note that I'm not getting any crashes on my system. Not sure what's different in my case. I'm running 1-3 characters per machine with ISBoxer, two machines total. My two machines are different - different OS, different hardware - but they're both running NVIDIA driver 275.33.

Re: Help with rift.

If it helps my system is:

Intel I7
12 gig
Radeon 5870 (powering 5 monitors) *up to date drivers
Windows 7 64bit

I am running Innerspace 1.11 (Build 5473). I upgraded the version today using the Development builds. It was crashing before that.
I am still leaning toward an ATI issue, but I think Crowdx said he had it crash on his NVidia setup today.

I was hoping it was going to be easy to solve like just setting a property somewhere.

Re: Help with rift.

I duel box Rift on a quad pc with Geforce GTS 250. I use Game Booster to max my performance from my pc.

I used a timer to see when the crash occured and it was at 15min 16 sec  . It was my secondary screen that crashed. Shortly after that my prime. I'm running level 12 guardian rogues in Quicksilver College. Not doing anything special.

Re: Help with rift.

This issue is still being looked into, so please be patient while it is resolved. There are no known work arounds currently, and you may need to wait for a patch to Rift for this issue to be resolved.

Re: Help with rift.

Inner Space build 5474 may correct this issue. I have it available as of now as a development build. To try it out, right click IS and select Patcher, check "Download development (test) patches" then close and restart Inner Space.

Re: Help with rift.

I ran with 5474 for a good 45 minutes this morning, and someone else in the ISBoxer chat room has been going for 30+ minutes now as well. I've moved this build live, you can patch to it just by restarting Inner Space

I knew you figure this out Lax. One of the many reasons I love ISBoxer.
And having developed some boxing software for the Mac (which is way inferior to ISBoxer), I know how much fun support can be, but your support is the best I have seen.

Thanks again.

Re: Help with rift.

Now I'm really curious - what was the problem?
