Glyph don't open

hi, i wanted to start multiboxing rift again but now it got the new glyph launcher and it drives me crazy^^. if i add the launcher (GlyphClient.exe) as the game exe i cant get it to run with isboxer. it doen't matter if i want to start the whole set or just one char slot.
the process opens for about 10 seconds but no window or something shows up only the process. after 10 seconds it closes without any errors. do i have to make some configurations or can i make isboxer hook the game when all clients are already started up by hand?

Heres a debug log: http://privatepaste.com/b20232b9d2

No. Straight out, No.

So as posted in IRC, you will need to shut down services until you find which one is not playing nice. We normally start with things that are hooking the process with the issue, then known problems, or use similar behaviours to those with known problems, and keep going. Sometimes it is the oddest things.

From your diagnostic I would start with
Things that are hooking the game process (or GlyphClient.exe in this case)
This is from the game report
Code:
73. C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ExSrv.dll [5, 0, 14, 515] [TestOISA Dynamic Link Library]
75. C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\ink\tiptsf.dll [6.1.7600.16385 (win7_rtm.090713-1255)] [Microsoft Corporation] [Framework für die Tablet PC-Eingabebereichdienste]
87. C:\Windows\system32\wintab32.dll [1.0.5-8] [Wacom Technology, Corp.] [Wintab Coordinator]
88. C:\Windows\system32\Wacom_Tablet.dll [6.3.6-3] [Wacom Technology, Corp.] [Wintab interface for professional driver]
105. C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Windows Live\WLIDNSP.DLL [6.500.3165.0] [Microsoft Corporation] [Microsoft® Windows Live ID Namespace Provider]

I think the below process may be the cause of the ExSrv.dll, the others should be obvious
Code:
34. ExMgr.exe - Process ID: 3056 (C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ExMgr.exe) [Admin:YES] [x86] [1, 0, 0, 2] [HsMgr Application]

Uninstalling your Avira products. All of them. Uninstalled. Disabling scanning does not work. If it is still installed, it still injects it's filter drivers into the Windows kernel.
This includes all these processes
Code:
6. avgnt.exe - Process ID: 3708 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Avira\Antivirus\avgnt.exe) [Admin:YES] [x86] [15.0.9.504] [Avira Operations GmbH & Co. KG] [Avira system tray application]
7. avguard.exe - Process ID: 2384 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Avira\Antivirus\avguard.exe) [Admin:YES] [x86] [15.0.9.460] [Avira Operations GmbH & Co. KG] [Antivirus Host Framework Service]
8. avshadow.exe - Process ID: 5652 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Avira\Antivirus\avshadow.exe) [Admin:YES] [x64] [15.0.9.504] [Avira Operations GmbH & Co. KG] [AntiVir shadow copy service]
9. avwebg7.exe - Process ID: 5348 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Avira\Antivirus\avwebg7.exe) [Admin:YES] [x86] [15.0.9.504] [Avira Operations GmbH & Co. KG] [AntiVir WebGuard WFP Service]
71. sched.exe - Process ID: 2036 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Avira\Antivirus\sched.exe) [Admin:YES] [x86] [15.0.9.460] [Avira Operations GmbH & Co. KG] [Antivirus Host Framework Service]

Then move onto something like desktop tools, like Stardock or equivalent
Code:
67. Rainmeter.exe - Process ID: 3560 (C:\Program Files\Rainmeter\Rainmeter.exe) [Admin:YES] [x64] [3.1.0.2290]

Network things:
Code:
73. Service.exe - Process ID: 4928 (C:\Program Files\CyberGhost 5\Service.exe) [Admin:YES] [x86] [5.0.14.7] [CyberGhost S.R.L] [CyberGhost VPN Service]
53. NLSvc.exe - Process ID: 3240 (C:\Program Files\Locktime Software\NetLimiter 4\NLSvc.exe) [Admin:YES] [x64] [4.0.9.0] [Locktime Software] [NetLimiter Service]
49. LMIGuardianSvc.exe - Process ID: 3136 (C:\Program Files (x86)\LogMeIn Hamachi\LMIGuardianSvc.exe) [Admin:YES] [x64] [10.1.1726] [LogMeIn, Inc.] [LMIGuardianSvc]
39. hamachi-2-ui.exe - Process ID: 3716 (C:\Program Files (x86)\LogMeIn Hamachi\hamachi-2-ui.exe) [Admin:YES] [x86] [2, 2, 0, 328] [LogMeIn Inc.] [Hamachi Client Application]
40. hamachi-2.exe - Process ID: 3864 (C:\Program Files (x86)\LogMeIn Hamachi\hamachi-2.exe) [Admin:YES] [x64] [2, 2, 0, 328] [LogMeIn Inc.] [Hamachi Client Tunneling Engine]

Other potential causes like NVidia and AMD software service for streaming (this usually requires you to unintall the graphics driver and then clean install with the custom option and only select the Drivers and necessary functions).
Code:
36. GfExperienceService.exe - Process ID: 2772 (C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\GeForce Experience Service\GfExperienceService.exe) [Admin:YES] [x64] [1.0.0.1] [NVIDIA Corporation] [NVIDIA GeForce Experience Service]
54. NvBackend.exe - Process ID: 3040 (C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\Update Core\NvBackend.exe) [Admin:YES] [x86] [17.12.8.0] [NVIDIA Corporation] [NVIDIA Backend]
55. NvNetworkService.exe - Process ID: 3640 (C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\NetService\NvNetworkService.exe) [Admin:YES] [x86] [2.2.0.50] [NVIDIA Corporation] [NVIDIA Network Service]
57. nvstreamsvc.exe - Process ID: 3700 (C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NvStreamSrv\nvstreamsvc.exe) [Admin:YES] [x64] [4.0.1000.0] [NVIDIA Corporation] [NVIDIA Streamer Service]
58. nvstreamsvc.exe - Process ID: 5668 (C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NvStreamSrv\nvstreamsvc.exe) [Admin:YES] [x64] [4.0.1000.0] [NVIDIA Corporation] [NVIDIA Streamer Service]
59. nvstreamsvc.exe - Process ID: 5684 (C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NvStreamSrv\nvstreamsvc.exe) [Admin:YES] [x64] [4.0.1000.0] [NVIDIA Corporation] [NVIDIA Streamer Service]

From there, I would then look at the following processes, and try and shut them down or uninstall the device or even the software (Wacom tablets have quite a few problems reported with game interaction out in the Internet). Some of these you may have already done from the "hooking the game" recommendations further up.
Code:
106. WLIDSVC.EXE - Process ID: 4036 (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Windows Live\WLIDSVC.EXE) [Admin:YES] [x64] [6.500.3165.0] [Microsoft Corporation] [Microsoft® Windows Live ID Service]
107. WLIDSVCM.EXE - Process ID: 4844 (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Windows Live\WLIDSvcM.exe) [Admin:YES] [x64] [6.500.3165.0] [Microsoft Corporation] [Microsoft® Windows Live ID Service Monitor]
109. WTabletServicePro.exe - Process ID: 1624 (C:\Program Files\Tablet\Wacom\WTabletServicePro.exe) [Admin:YES] [x64] [    „0 LegalCopyright] [Wacom Technology, Corp.] [Tablet Service]
104. wisptis.exe - Process ID: 1832 (C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\WISPTIS.EXE) [Admin:YES] [x64]
105. wisptis.exe - Process ID: 2400 (C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\WISPTIS.EXE) [Admin:YES] [x64]
98. Wacom_Tablet.exe - Process ID: 3908 (C:\Program Files\Tablet\Wacom\Wacom_Tablet.exe) [Admin:YES] [x64] [6.3.6-3] [Wacom Technology, Corp.] [Tablet Service for professional driver]
99. Wacom_TabletUser.exe - Process ID: 5408 (C:\Program Files\Tablet\Wacom\Wacom_TabletUser.exe) [Admin:YES] [x64] [6.3.6-3] [Wacom Technology, Corp.] [Tablet user module for professional driver]
100. Wacom_TouchUser.exe - Process ID: 5632 (C:\Program Files\Tablet\Wacom\Wacom_TouchUser.exe) [Admin:YES] [x64] [    „0 LegalCopyright] [Wacom Technology, Corp.] [Touch User Mode Driver]
101. WacomHost.exe - Process ID: 5036 (C:\Program Files\Tablet\Wacom\WacomHost.exe) [Admin:YES] [x86] [1.0.0.2] [Wacom Technology] [Wacom Load Agent]
92. TabTip.exe - Process ID: 2456 (C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ink\TabTip.exe) [Admin:YES] [x64] [6.1.7601.18512 (win7sp1_gdr.140617-1517)] [Microsoft Corporation] [Tablet PC Input Panel Accessory]
93. TabTip32.exe - Process ID: 2596 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Ink\TabTip32.exe) [Admin:YES] [x86] [6.1.7601.18512 (win7sp1_gdr.140617-1517)] [Microsoft Corporation] [Tablet PC Input Panel Helper]
43. InputPersonalization.exe - Process ID: 7228 (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Ink\InputPersonalization.exe) [Admin:YES] [x64] [6.1.7600.16385 (win7_rtm.090713-1255)] [Microsoft Corporation] [Eingabeanpassungsserver]
95. TrueCrypt.exe - Process ID: 2708 (C:\Program Files\TrueCrypt\TrueCrypt.exe) [Admin:YES] [x86] [7.1a] [TrueCrypt Foundation] [TrueCrypt]
dirmngr.exe - Process ID: 2292 (C:\Program Files (x86)\GNU\GnuPG\dirmngr.exe) [Admin:YES] [x86]

And if that still doesn't work you are stuck with looking at drivers and associated items like
Code:
64. pcee4.exe - Process ID: 3576 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Dolby Home Theater v4\pcee4.exe) [Admin:YES] [x64] [7.2.8000.17] [Dolby Laboratories Inc.] [Dolby Profile Selector]
65. Phoebus_x64.exe - Process ID: 3148 (C:\Program Files\ASUS Phoebus Audio Sound Card\CPL\Phoebus_x64.exe) [Admin:YES] [x64] [3.0.0.12] [ASUS Phoebus]
47. KoneXTDMonitor.exe - Process ID: 3600 (C:\Program Files (x86)\ROCCAT\Kone XTD Mouse\KoneXTDMonitor.exe) [Admin:YES] [x86] [1, 0, 0, 1] [ROCCAT GmbH] [Kone XTD Monitor Application]

And if none of that works, maybe it is time for a clean install. We don't normally see Windows Enterprise to be fair, so it is possible that it is loading a couple of things that normally wouldn't be loaded (although I'm not sure about this, this might just be that the PC is setup to allow RDP access) e.g.
Code:
65. C:\Windows\system32\WTSAPI32.dll [6.1.7601.17514 (win7sp1_rtm.101119-1850)] [Microsoft Corporation] [Windows Remote Desktop Session Host Server SDK APIs]
