Problem with 12 clients

Hallo
First my english is very bad ;) (sry)

Ihave a Problem with playing 12 Clients Lord of the Rings Online.
Windows 7 Pro x64

My Hardware what i use:
Motherboard : MSI Big Bang-XPower II (MS-7737)
CPU: HexaCore Intel Core i7-4930K, 3400 MHz (6 Core 12 Threads)
Ram: 4x Corsair Vengeance CMZ32GX3M4X1600C10 -8 GB (runs in Quadchannel Mode)
GPU: iChill GeForce GTX 980 Ti Black 6 Gb Ra

Screen Solution is : 2560 x 1080

I played a long time my 12 client set wihtout any problems at low game config.

Now, after Update 17 minas tirith (Lord of the Rings Online) i cant play this 12 Set anymore.
I only have biggest lags all time.
The Games hotfix never fix my Problem.

Is my Hardware to bad ?
Can i do anything to run my 12 clients again ?
Anyon have an idea for me ?

Anyon can explane the right cpu settings for my CPU ?

Vieleicht ist ja auch jemand da der mir in Deutsch helfen kann :)

I'm unfamiliar with how well LotRO performs or the load that it produces, but you said it used to run fine and now no longer does, so the only thing I can suggest at the moment is to monitor your hardware and look for a bottleneck somewhere. The program that is recommended on that page does not read video RAM (VRAM), so I'd suggest downloading GPU-Z as well to monitor that.

thx for answer.

i have a scrren with the hardware monitor

the cpu max stats was when i load all 12 clients.
after i logged in - no 1 core was higher then 80 %
I think the all stats is not bad

btw , what is a "bottleneck" ? sry my english isnt good ... ;)
