CPU Hyper Threading

I've been using ISBoxer for several days now but something that struck me as odd every time I use either the CPU strategy wizard or quick set up wizard the option menu for the CPU strategy manager defaults my CPU Hyper Threading to FALSE. I'm running an i5 CPU and have included a picture of my device manger showing all 4 cores are reconized. My OS is Windows 7 not sure if any more details are required. It has been running flawlessly but I change the statement to TRUE but every time I go back to that setting it's back at false.

Any ideas?

Re: CPU Hyper Threading

i5-3750K is not hyper-threaded; you have 4 real CPU cores and 0 virtual CPU cores. http://ark.intel.com/products/65520

The CPU Strategy Wizard is correct. Don't enable Hyper-Threading option during the wizard. :)

Thanks for the quick reply. Yeah I had some conflicting info when I did some searches that's why I asked. (because the internet is never wrong  ) Yeah I was pretty sure only i7' had the hyper threading. I just wanted to make sure I was getting the most out of my hardware. Every thing has been running great so far as is.
