Running InnerSpace on 2 Computers

I finally got my new computer up and running and I expect that I'll be running both boxes for a while so that I can move things from one computer to the other. I seem to remember that it's ok to run InnerSpace on two computers. Is that true? I don't really ever plan on running them both at the same time...
