570GTX OR ATI6970 FOR BOX?

as the price are the same for these two cards

which card is better for box?

my situation:

BOX 6 in 1 PC
RAM: DDR3 1333 4g RAM X 6 =24RAM
CPU: I7 930
DISPLAY : 295 GTX ( have some problem with the card so try to change it)


my consider:
6970: 2G RAM (better for box?)
570GTX : 1280ram but better performace and low temperture in full load
