I had "Broadcasting Mode Starts ON in all windows" checked off when i ran the wizard. how do i manually turn this off.

I'm confused... If you didn't enable it then it's already off and there's no reason to turn something off that's already off, but...
For future reference, the option is in your Repeater Profile under start up defaults.

This wizard setting also affects the Broadcasting Mode toggle. If it was checked, the toggle turns Broadcasting Mode off in step 1. Typically if someone wants to change this behavior it's easier to use the wizard again and set it there instead.
