You have both the Toggles Menu and Broadcast Click Bar assigned to Character Sets. The Broadcast Click Bar hasn't been used in quite some time so you must have started building off of a very old ISBoxer profile, but if you delete the Click Bar then it will all go back to normal.

ok i deleted the click bar and now im back to the problem is stared with.
Key Map located in Mode Switching> Play/Type & Password will not turn off/on the menu visual in the upper left.

under both steps at the bottom you have 2 change button actions.
in both steps they perform the same action,
i.e.
change button 2, the image is always set to Repeater On
change button 1, the image is always set to Key maps off
So even though the state is changing, the image is not.
