Clickbar doesn't remember new position

The Clickbar to enable/disable Keymaps & Broadcasting (The A <--> A and A <--> Z), in the upper left corner returns to that position each time I launch my team.
It also resets to the top left (default) position, if I export from toolkit.

I'm opening the in-game console.
Going to the Click Bar tab.
Moving (dragging) that ClickBar to a new position.
Clicking 'Sync', which moves the ClickBar on each of my other clients.
And then clicking Save As, which defaults to Auto.

In the past, when playing Warcraft, IS Boxer would remember the new position.
Something has changed, but I'm not sure what.

*Edit*
The 'Sync' button on the Clickbar itself allows it to be repositioned.
The 'Sync' button in the IS Boxer Control Panel doesn't do anything, so presumably the 'Save As' button also isn't doing anything.

It's a Menu, use the Save As button in the Menus tab

I'm having this same issue with the click bar not remembering last saved position

Playing WoW

IThe "Standard" bar over keys 1 - = saves in it's position, however The Broadcast click bar does not.
When I launch my 5 clients, I have to close out the "toggle" click bar (by bringing up the ISB CP), and re-position a new click bar I had created.
Even after "saving-as" a different clickbar set.

This also happens during a /reload ui input

As with my first reply in this thread....
it's a Menu. Click the save button in the Menus tab instead of the Click Bars tab.

If this answer does not apply to you, show me your configuration so we can see together whether it is a Menu (from a new configuration) or a Click Bar (from 6+ months ago). http://isboxer.com/wiki/Configuration_Sharing
