Is there a way to force click bar to the front

I'm trying to use a click bar over a video feed but the feed is always on top. Is there a way to force click bar to the front / always on top.

Sorry, it is not technically possible at this time to place a Click Bar on top of Video FX. You can set some transparency to the Video FX so that you can see the Click Bar through it, but there is no way to get the Video FX beneath anything.
