I seem to still be running into this error on AMD cards (crashing as soon as it tries to load title screen), regardless of driver version.
I was able to get this crash data on STO, however. It obviously only occurs with ISBoxer, and other games with the same base engine (Champions Online and Neverwinter) have no issues.
Even with all ISBoxer features possibly disabled (no background, no shortcuts, no multi-window handling, single character profile, no throttling, etc), it's the same.

Spent the last week trying everything from Windows 10, no AV, no wifi, fresh OS install, every Inner Space version from 6089 to current test, every driver version from 16.6 to the latest 17.1, etc. Works on Nvidia, not AMD.
