What's the benefit if boxing STO?

I want to get into STO. I tried about a year ago to get into it but SWTOR took all my time.

Anyway, is there some group only content in STO?

I'm probably gonna box one way or the other, just wanted to get some feedback :D

Replying to my own thread.

I've got my first toon up to level 24 now and so i've got a pretty good feel for the game.

There are 2 benefits to multiboxing STO.

At endgame, you should be able to multibox the STFs to get all the loot for yourself.

A lesser advantage is that if you have a captain of each class, you can train the other accounts' bridge officers in skills that they would not otherwise get. For example, my tactics captain cannot train a bridge officer in Medical Tricorder III, but if I had a science captain then I could trade my BOFF to him and he could train the skill for me and trade me back my BOFF.
