STO / CO Crash Without Even Booting

I started up Inner Space and the latest build, 5477, patched automatically. When I selected to play Champions Online, I got a Cryptic crash error before the load screen had even initialized. I tried this again and again with slight changes to my settings and got the same results. I'm assuming it has something to do with the latest revision of Inner Space because I can load a single instance of the game without it just fine. Also, Inner Space was working great when I logged in two days ago before the patch.

I'm guessing this is a Cryptic-related bug, so maybe it's affecting STO too, but I haven't double-checked. Anyone else having this problem?

Thanks for looking into this, guys!

I've patched the development build as of now to 5478, let me know if it helps.

If not, right click IS, select Patcher, uncheck "Download development (test) patches" then close and restart Inner Space.

Wow, Lax! Great response time!

I'm still having the crashes with build 5478.

Thanks for looking at this, man.

Lax, I've said it before and I'll say it again -- you, sir, are a scholar and a gentleman. Build 5483 works great.

If excellent customer service and a speedy response time were grounds for admission in the Nobel Peace Price race, I'd enter you...and you would win. ;)

Keep it real.

Cheers.
