Launch Issues

I just subscribed for a trial with ISBoxer

When I launch the STO clients via 'Inner space' > 'IsBoxer Character Sets' > <team-name> , the clients are hanging at the 'connecting to the server account', and eventually that operation would timeout

If I launch the client normally, outside of the ISboxer, then everything works fine.

Any idea what could go wrong ?

I unmerged your post from a 2+ year old thread which wasn't related. In the future, please just create a new thread if you cannot find a similar one with a recent date.

Other than that, we're most likely going to need a diagnostics report.

So, not making a new thread - but. Same issue.

Wondering if steam is an issue, just ran into lax's steam fix - going to play with that.

Update:
Using lax's steam workaround did not work. Still times out on account connection.

try using the default game profile and not the without update ... thingy
