[WoW] Running tank healer and 1 dps. How?

I multibox 3 chars at a time and i would like to start doing mix classes if i can.

I'd like to run a pally as tank and prolly pally as heals and a mage or warlock as dps.

Please help me lol i dont have the slighest idea of how to set it up.
