I would be nice to have an option to enter a text string as in 'Key String' but have it do each character in the string as a single key action.
As it stands if 'Key String' doesn't work, you have to create a step for each character in the string.
While not a big deal for short word commands, doing 4 or 5 slash commands takes quite some time to setup.

Incorrect.

It has 2 modes, one of which uses the clipboard, and one of which individually presses and releases each character in the string. Whether it "doesn't work" or not depends entirely on the game interpreting the Key String the way you configured it. There's multiple modes specifically because different games behave differently.

So... what mode are you using, and what game are you playing?
