Re: Problem with ISBoxer loading game

My guess is that your system is trying to launch the game using the integrated graphics:

Code:
Video 1: //./DISPLAY1/Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
Video 2: //./DISPLAY2/Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
Video 3: //./DISPLAY3/Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

Updating your drivers, or choosing to use a high performance power profile usually fixes that. If somehow that's not actually the problem, then we'd need a diagnostic report.

Re: Problem with ISBoxer loading game

Yeias wrote:updated the drivers, but no luck

And what about changing your power profile? This is a laptop, correct?

In addition to adjusting your power profile, you can also try changing the power management mode for that game specifically (not globally).

Yeias wrote:Here is the diagnostic, not sure what to do with it so will post it here :)

Two things...

1) Step one tells you to "launch your game as it would normally run, without ISBoxer or Inner Space." You gave us a diagnostic for ISBoxer, not your game, and one from your game would likely be more useful.

2) Steps 5 through 8 of the diagnostic wiki page tell you what to do with the diagnostic report, but pasting it here is fine as long as you wrap [code] tags around the long list of text so that it doesn't drown out the entire thread.

Re: Problem with ISBoxer loading game

Couple things that jump out at me, that I'd try...

First: 60. C:\Program Files (x86)\Mojoware\Mojo\mojo_remote.dll

If my search skills are up to par, this is another multiboxing program. This would be my best bet as to the conflict. Disable or uninstall mojo and see if that helps.

Second: 5. C:\Program Files (x86)\Norton Internet Security\NortonData\21.0.0.100\Definitions\BASHDefs\20141107.001\UMEngx86.dll [9.0.2.8] [Symantec Corporation] [SONAR Engine]

Security suites are also a notorious culprit when it comes to things just not working like they should. If taking mojo out of the picture doesn't help, try *completely uninstalling* Norton Internet Security. They could have had an update that broke compatibility with Inner Space, it happens from time to time.

I don't really see much in the diagnostic, except that you might try removing Norton just to check if it's the cause of it. That'd require a full uninstall of Norton, as well as a restart of your machine to know if it is what is causing the problem.

Re: Problem with ISBoxer loading game

No luck with uninstalling Norton, and restarted computer.. Nothing loaded from fresh restart, still getting the crash.
Now that I am not as bugged about it as it happened right then (still worried lol), let me try to explain a little better.

1) ISBoxer loads the "patch" as it does everytime.
2) It connects to the game and loads the login.
3) ISBoxer doesn't crashed but still connects to the game login (it loads the game up for me)

So I try to load team, it loads game but crashes the program (ISBOXER). then logging into the game via that login, it logs in as if I didn't even use the program.

Please help :( Just spent $75 on the game subscriptions and already invested $50 into ISBoxer

Thanks for your time!

Uninstalled Norton, and Mojo never conflicted with it before but I did nothing with it after my restart. Still no luck sadly.
