[WOW] Window swapping broken

I've had a stable configuartion for a few months now until yesterday when it suddenly broke. I'm not sure if this was due to a patch or what.

When I launch WOW, it launches correctly with my 5 instances. The main on my left monitor and the 4 slaves on the right. However when I click on any of the slaves it instantly moves that screen to the main and leaves a hole where it was.

I have it set to only swap when I press the slot activate key (Alt F1 through F5 in my case).

I've tried a clean install of IS boxer and just running the initial wizard but I still get the same problem. Help?

There was a fix for this issue (I think) in 40.2.0506.1.

Help, About ISBoxer Toolkit to update, then you may need to File, Export to Inner Space to make the change take effect.
