Linking ISBoxer on websites with referral

I was just wondering how I can link to ISBoxer with my name as a referral so when people click it I get inserted as the refered party. I am adding some information on my twitch.tv page and want to put it in there.

If you log into your Lavish account at http://www.lavishsoft.com you'll see a "Refer a Friend" link on the left which will give you the
ability to send out invites as well as view the URL which you can use as a referral link. The awesome thing about this referral system
is that both parties receive free subscription time with a referral.
