Errors trying to launch character set

First time setting up the software. I watch the videos and read the setup instructions. After completing the setup and exporting my setting everything looked good.

I tried launching a character set for world of Warcraft. It popped up a message box

. The console showed no problems. I even tried Adding the game to make sure the link was correct and still got the same error.

Any help will be appreciated.
