Missing repeater buttons and GUI

then i realized i didn't see my repeater buttons
for the life of me i cann't seem to fix it nor what happened
5 man wow add 2 new slots and moved toons to said slot
then exported
then went to sync my repeater buttons and no gui and no repeater buttons???????
