Error code - 101

It is exactly what is says. A timeout. Between your computer and the Lavishsoft server. This could be due to something installed on your computer, a slow connection, or just general vagaries of the internet routing (maybe the Chinese are re-routing the BGP).
Usually, once eliminating software on your system, you need to get out the old trace route tools to find out where the slow point is, and see if you can poke the appropriate person at your ISP to fix it (if it happens to be outside of your network).
