e-mail code not arriving

How long should I expect to have to wait to receive the e-mail code for Lavish's New Device Authorization?
It's been well over an hour, and I sent test e-mails from other email accounts to verify they are going through...

They are usually pretty quick depending on your mail server. Mine arrived in about 10 seconds, which was time for me to log into the email account.

Checked the Spam folder ?

Yes. Nothing there either.
Just asked it to send another code, and it pops an error window.
"Failed: New Device Authorization e-mail could not be sent"
"Access Token Required"

Going to try rebooting, again...

Turned computer all the way off, cleared the browser cache, ran CrapCleaner, verified spam filters are OFF.
Tried again, and nothing is obviously arriving from lavish.com.
This particular e-mail address is pretty much reserved for just a few websites, and my registration confirmation e-mails from 2014 are there...

Just verified that lax@lavishsoft.com, support@lavishsoft.com, and accounts@lavishsoft.com are also in my address book, as well. Any other addresses I should add?

Well, as a last resort, I changed my e-mail address in my profile. That seems to have done the trick. It looks like my primary e-mail provider is blocking stuff so well that I can't even see it's been blocked. My father had complained of that when he was sending stuff from his church e-mail address, where he volunteered, but we ran out of time. He died May 31, and tracking down that problem became moot.
Just commenting on it so others know changing the e-mail address in the profile is an option.

EarthLink was bouncing our e-mails, but I've used their system as of now to unblock mail from our server.

So if you prefer, you should be able to change it back to your previous my*****.net email and properly receive our emails again
