Issue with switching windows

Hey, I'm having an issue while switching windows with the next/previous window key bind. Sometimes it will either skip a window or simply turn to the desktop. This is a video of the issue happening:

I've also attached my ISBoxer settings. Any help would be appreciated.

I was able to fix the issue where the main window vanishes by changing my window layout a DxNothing layout. However, I am still having the issue of sometimes skipping windows.

I was also able to find these threads which seem to have similar issues to mine, but I wasn't able to get much from them to fix my issue:

For the not displaying window.
Do you get the behaviour if not using mouse buttons.
If you are using DX11, have you tried DX9 or vis a vis.
Upon startup of the team, do you cycle through all the windows before doing anything else?

As for skipping windows, I was pretty sure there was a recent forum post on that (more recent than the ones you linked), where Lax requested more info on the issue. So far the most common thing I've noticed is that it happens for people using mouse buttons, so it may be something to do with that. It may be a red herring too, hence the RMI (if I can find the appropriate post I'll edit and link).

I've tried all of your proposed solutions and none of them fixed my issues :(

What further information can I supply to help Lax fix this?

Your profile (which you've already done) and a Compatibility Diagnostic.

Can you confirm the issue still exists if the following things are not running, and if you have the current Nvidia Graphics driver installed (just the driver and PhysX components, not the extra bits).

Right click Inner Space and select Console. Type in "sessions" with no quotes and press enter. This will list all of the processes that could potentially be the "next" or "previous" windows. If unexpected processes appear in this list, that may be related to the problem you're having. It would help to have the output from that command
