Help launching SWG Legends

Hello, I'm getting a launcher error code 23 when trying to get Dynamic Launch Mode to work for SWG (Star Wars Galaxies) Legends. The game runs through a launcher and I'm not sure if I have to set any parameters for it or something because it doesn't multibox when I launch multiple windows from the launcher. The launcher itself crashes after a minute or two when that error code pops up. But any windows I was able to open in that time stay open. I am not sure where I'm going wrong here, I went through the Quick Setup Wizard step by step with the help of a few of your tutorial videos. I'm wondering if I have to do some sort of obscure workaround for this to work.

SWGLegends.exe (Launcher): http://pastebin.com/j8cERjnp
SWGClient_r.exe (Client): http://pastebin.com/Uei2Q5fa

(The client doesn't actually work when adding the .exe to Inner Space, but thought I'd provide the diagnostics for it as well)

Also, I have followed these instructions: http://isboxer.com/wiki/Dynamic_Launch_Mode

Besides being a private server, which tend to not be supported here as outlined in the FAQ (even if a community driven, non-profit one - I cannot find any reference to an agreement with lucasfilm or the actual licence holders for the game); the people behind it have rules indicating that multiboxing is discouraged.

SWG Legends Account Policy wrote:Multiple accounts are NOT allowed. You may only have 1 account per household/per IP-Address. Additional accounts created without permission will be banned. Exceptions to this rule can be made if you have a multi-person household wishing to play SWG. For more information, please review our Multiple Account Policies.

Re: Help launching SWG Legends

Thank you for your response. They allow 4 characters to be logged in at once on an account (you can make 5 characters total). Also, they don't address multiboxing specifically in their multiple account policy, only that if you have multiple accounts you must show proof that you own multiple copies of the game and that there are other people in your household accessing those accounts.

However, if the issue is that it is a private server and incompatible with ISBoxer, I can see that being the case and would understand if it's not possible.

Re: Help launching SWG Legends

It depends on a few factors really. There are some private servers that are endorsed by the game publisher, and if this is the case, and multiboxing is allowed (or 4 characters logged in at once), then it becomes reasonable to work on having the game supported. SWG (the original) did work I believe, so it is possible that Legends could too, although getting a copy to test with may be tricky.

Re: Help launching SWG Legends

This is what happens when I try loading the SWGClient_r.exe in the Inner Space game configuration.

It says the file isn't found or it isn't loading, but it's in the game folder. The client runs just fine when I just click and open it from the folder, but Inner Space doesn't want to open it.

As for your statement about obtaining copies to work with, they are for sale on ebay. The Station Access Collection that includes the Star Wars Galaxies Starter Kit, Planetside 1, EQ 2, and others goes for around $10.

Re: Help launching SWG Legends

I also play on SWG Legends. I am not getting the error you are getting, but I am having an issue. I can get it to launch, however it will not load to the character select screen after I put in my username & PW. It just sets there trying to connect. I talked with one of the devs & they said there would be no issue using any Multi-boxing software since we can have 3 characters logged in at once. Just wish I could get it to work.
