If you have 2 accounts, then the only keys you need to test are left shift+f11, and right shift+f11. If you're in window 1, and you press RIGHT SHIFT+F11, your guy should follow the guy in window 2. If you're in window 2, and you press LEFT SHIFT+F11, he should follow the guy in window 1. You can test this right now in both windows.
If that DOES work, then make sure you turn Key Maps on (Shift+Alt+M) and press Alt+F to make them follow. If pressing left/right shift+F11 does work, but pressing Alt+F does NOT, then the answer is in your ISBoxer configuration and I would need to see it to tell you what specifically to fix (or, alternatively, you can go to File, select Clear, and run the Quick Setup Wizard again, and it will probably work fine).
HOWTO: Share your ISBoxer configuration for better supportIf pressing left/right shift+F11 does NOT work, then probably one of:
- The ISBoxer Addon is not enabled (especially if your bag opens)
- Your ISBoxer configuration was changed to not use F11 for follow (seeing your configuration, as detailed above, would help confirm this)
- Your character names are incorrect in ISBoxer (seeing your configuration, as detailed above, MAY help confirm this)
- You're playing on a private server with an old version of World of Warcraft and the ISBoxer Addon is not compatible with it and can't assign the macros (FAQ: Will this work on a private server?)
unexpectedly after pressing CTRL+SHFT+F11, this completely reduced the resolution of my main monitor.
Sounds like you have software running that is configured with a Ctrl+Shift+F11 Hotkey, to change your monitor resolution. I don't know what to tell you to look for as far as that goes, but if you want me to help you narrow it down, get me "Diagnostics for game crashes" from ISBoxer's Help menu --
