Green Boxes

There are green boxes on your screen. You don't know what they are, and don't need them. Maybe you know what they are and don't need them. Tor remove them, do this:

1) Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+G

2) minimize the window that pops up by click a square in the top right corner with an underscore on it.

3) Drag the window around with the green bars in it till you see the close box with an x in it.

4) Close the Ctrl+Alt+Shift+G window.

Re: Green Boxes

This is the Standard Menu. If you click the X on this Menu, then your standard MMO 1 through = Hotkeys will be inactive -- they are tied to this Menu and if you close it, the Hotkeys deactivate.

The first time you launch a team with ISBoxer 41, a box pops up explaining how you can move this menu (with Ctrl+Shift+Alt+G as OP mentioned) to place it over your standard Action Bars, e.g. in World of Warcraft. You don't "need" them, they are there as a visual indicator when you press your Hotkeys, and the bar is only 25% visible so that it shouldn't get in your way under normal use (placed over your Action Bar).

If you would not like the Standard Menu, then during the Quick Setup Wizard on the last page, at the bottom, you have the choice between this Menu (preferred) and simply using a Key Map (invisible, the old way). If you have already created a team with ISBoxer 41 with the Menus, and already have the Combat Key Map, then the Combat Key Map will be left as-is -- without the Hotkeys that were assigned to the Menu.

Re: Green Boxes

Now I am able to move these boxes, thanks.
But they turn up at the old place each start.
Is there a way to make them move permanently?

Allow me to quote myself...

If you don't want the green boxes, I do suggest using the Quick Setup Wizard again, and paying attention on the last page to the option at the bottom, where the picture of the green boxes over an Action Bar appears...

I want them to stay where I put them. Problem is: on the next start they appear at the original place.
And I am a bit scared of running the wizard just to look at some picture: will it ruin my current config?

Re: Green Boxes

Oh. I misunderstood.

After you move them, you need to save the position. You do this in the ISBoxer Control Panel on the Menus tab, just click the "Save As" button -- leave it saving as "Auto" since "Auto" is what loads automatically. You can save as something else, but then you would need to manually load using the drop-down box.

Re: Green Boxes

Thank you, that works.
Just to clarify: "ISBoxer Control Panel" is the thing that is toggled in game by Ctrl-Alt-Shift-G. (NOT the ISBoxer application).
So Ctrl-Alt-Shift-G, change tab to "click bars", Press "Save As" below (leave Auto unless...).

No...

They look exactly like what you might envision a "click bar" to be since it's a bar that you click, but they are indeed a Menu.

Re: Green Boxes

to make the green boxes stay where you place them first move them, second save as auto, third click the menu tab, save menu positions, now when you log in the green bars or standard will be where you placed them, you can also click sync to move them on all your toons windows and then move to each screen and repeat the auto save and save menu positions
