ISBoxer crashing my system badly

Hello,

I've been using ISBoxer and Innerspace just a couple of days. During the free-period I've never had any problems, everything ran smoothely. But now that I've signed up my System crashes at least every 30 minutes. Blue screens, freezes etc.

I think it might be the new ISBoxer version that I upgraded to the day before yesterday or so. Has anyone else experience problems?

I get this information from my windows 7 concerning the bluescreen, but I have no idea what it means...

Problemsignatur:
Problemereignisname: BlueScreen
Betriebsystemversion: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
Gebietsschema-ID: 1031

Zusatzinformationen zum Problem:

BCP4: FFFFFA8009446B70

Is the old ISBoxer still available for download?

Re: ISBoxer crashing my system badly

Hi. If your PC crashes it's not ISBoxer. The design of the operating system (Windows) prevents applications from causing a BSOD. It's either bad hardware or a bad driver. It could be, for example, your video card overheating because the fan on it isn't operating properly (if it's a year or two old, it will gather dust and slow down, etc). Or it could just be a bug in a driver, and so on. The BSOD, which Windows might be configured to just restart and not let you stare at, will provide the filename of the driver that had a problem. If you find that filename you can google it to find out what drivers include that file, and therefore what drivers should be updated first.

Without knowing specifically which driver it was, I would highly recommend updating your video drivers. This is the most common.

Re: ISBoxer crashing my system badly

Oh and yes, the old versions of ISBoxer are still available for download, all the way back to Build 12. Build 34 is the one you asked about. I will advise you that installing an older version is most likely NOT going to have an effect on your system crash.
