question about ISboxer 40

So in this update i am kinda confused. Does this mean that we can multibox browser based game?

The in-game ISBoxer Control Panel now also has an 'Other Window Sources' drop-down option, which allows you to create a Video FX Source using nearly any window (browser, media player, etc!) on your PC. Mouse and keyboard pass-through works to these types of Sources, but each application may interpret input differently. As a community we will discover and make a list of the best software to use this feature with!

If not does isboxer support multiboxing browser based game?

Re: question about ISboxer 40

Inner Space is for Direct3D8, 9 and 11 games, and OpenGL to some extent. Browsers and browser games are not specifically supported by ISBoxer or Inner Space.

This video demonstrates the new feature you're confused about: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4cEm4AejxtU

As far as using this feature to multibox a browser-based game, it is technically possible to use this Video FX feature to do so... but this is the only feature ISBoxer provides to interact with other windows. You can't set up Key Maps, etc. I'll be working on additional features in the direction you're asking about, but it will be a while yet.
